No. Advertising and conversion results depend on multiple factors, including the offer, market, advertising budget, location, response time, consultation process, pricing, and capacity. I guarantee the agreed implementation, campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting, not a specific revenue outcome.
Where is the advertising budget paid?
Advertising spend should be paid directly through your business's Meta advertising account. This keeps ownership, billing, data, and account history connected to your business.
Do I need to be a therapist?
No. The system is designed for established helping professionals and small practice owners, including mental health, coaching, consulting, wellness, education, and other service-based fields.
Does this replace my EHR or practice-management system?
No. The system supports marketing, lead capture, follow-up, and consultation scheduling. Sensitive clinical information and formal intake should remain in the appropriate practice-management or health-record platform.
What happens after the 90 days?
You receive a final performance review and continuation recommendations. Ongoing advertising management, system support, and optimization may be available as a separate monthly engagement.
